Dick’s programs focus on teaching advisors how to be more effective
at deepening relationships, managing clients and increasing sales.
The programs consist of three key elements:
- Background information on how and why older adults differ from younger
people in terms of changes in biology, psychology, and life experience.
- How those changes affect the sales process and specific actions
an advisor can take to improve client relationships, manage clients
and increase sales.
- A mini-coaching session in which advisors ask questions on issues
they are concerned about with current clients and prospects. Not only
does the advisor with the question get help but other advisors learn
from the situation, as well.
